1. General
The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online shop, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the moment the online order is placed.
2. Information Accessibility
The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
- Company identity,
- Contact details,
- Key characteristics of goods or services,
- Product delivery or service provision terms,
- Prices, taxes, and shipping costs,
- Payment and delivery methods,
- Validity period of the offer,
- Terms of withdrawal from the contract,
- Complaints procedure.
3. Order and Conclusion of Contract
The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. The customer receives an order confirmation via email. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.
4. Prices
All prices in the online shop are expressed in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. The price shown with the product is valid at the moment of order confirmation.
5. Payment Methods
The provider accepts the following payment methods:
- with payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
- using online payment systems (PayPal, etc.),
- cash on delivery.
6. Delivery
The supplier will deliver the ordered goods within the agreed timeframe. Delivery costs are disclosed to the customer before completing the purchase. Delivery is possible within Slovenia (and other EU countries if specified in the shop).
Product delivery is carried out by the delivery service GLS Slovenia. Postage within Slovenia is €4.90, Croatia €10.00, Austria, Germany, and Italy €16.90, and France €21.90.
7. Right of withdrawal from the contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, and to return the goods without stating a reason.
Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

8. Complaints and Material Defects
The buyer can claim a refund for a material defect within 2 years of receiving the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Obligations Code. The buyer must report the defect no later than 2 months from the day they discovered the defect.
The provider is not liable for defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or wear and tear.
9. Personal Information Protection
The provider undertakes to protect users' personal data. Data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of order processing, statistics, and sending offers, if the customer expressly consents to this. You can read more about this in the Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
The provider endeavors to resolve all disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the District Court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction over all disputes. The buyer may also lodge a complaint on the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Final Provisions
The provider reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. By using the online shop, the user confirms that they are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions.
